Visit a Gallery to Ignite Your Inspiration

If you find yourself staring at the walls of your apartment and thinking it’s time for a change, you are not alone. We’ve all been spending more time at home and thus viewing our space with a more critical eye. If your current wall décor is lacking luster, provides no emotional connection, doesn’t excite you in any way, then it’s time to get some much-needed inspiration to fuel your inner artist or photographer.

Wandering around an art gallery provides you with a sense of quiet, peace, reflection, and meditation as you allow your mind to take it all in—some pieces you will feel an immediate attraction or connection to; others will have the opposite effect. But, most importantly, your own creativity gets a jumpstart. Seeing others’ creative process, listening to the artist explain the meaning behind their work, and then thinking about what you want to create with your brushes and canvas or DSL camera can be invigorating. Few things in life are more satisfying than decorating your walls with your own original paintings or photography.

So, now’s the time to get lost for a few hours in one of Cleveland’s many unique galleries!
